I got this today and read all the reviews and instructions. I started at the lowest setting and just placed the end against my teeth. No scraping was needed. Just set the tool by the teeth and let it do the work. Absolutely amazing results.

I was honestly skeptical about this but I'm pleasantly surprised. This works really well! It is really gently on your teeth and gums and I was impressed with how much "stuff: it took away. It was so much more effective than just regular flossing. It is gentle and didn't hurt at all. It has lots of attachments and gives you a variety of cleaning options. I'm happy and I'm sure my dentist will be happy on my next visit :)
